Hi, I'm Brian.

Brian L. Cook is the Co-Founder and Vice President of PHILA, INC. (Parents Helping Intercede in the Lives of Adolescents) and has been a passionate advocate for at-risk and court-involved youth for over 20 years. His dedication to youth intervention is rooted in his personal experiences, providing him with a deep understanding of the challenges they encounter and the best strategies to assist them. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the College of Rochelle and a Master of Public Administration from Strayer University, along with doctoral coursework in Human Services to enhance his expertise. Brian is committed to improving the intellectual, social, and well-being of adolescents, aiming to empower youth social skills development and therapeutic support to inspire lasting, positive change.
